Café India is a vegetarian café and restaurant located at G-31, Open Food Court Area, Westend Mall, Janakpuri, New Delhi – 110058. We are owned and operated by Brewvista (India) Private Limited. We offer dine-in services, home delivery through Zomato and Swiggy, table reservations, and special event bookings.


2. Use of Our Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the website. 3. Table Reservations

All table reservations made through our website are subject to availability. A reservation is considered confirmed only after you receive a confirmation from us via phone or email. Cancellation or rescheduling of events must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the deposit. 5. Food & Menu

All food served at Café India is 100% vegetarian. While we take every care to maintain quality and hygiene, we cannot guarantee that our dishes are completely free from allergens. 6. Home Delivery Orders (Zomato & Swiggy)

Home delivery services are fulfilled through third-party platforms — Zomato and Swiggy. Orders placed through these platforms are governed by their respective terms and conditions, refund policies, and delivery timelines. Café India is responsible only for the preparation of food. Any delivery-related issues (delays, incorrect delivery, etc.) must be raised directly with the respective platform. Café India does not process refunds for delivery orders — such requests must be directed to Zomato or Swiggy as applicable.
